DeltaTrim™ consists of three (3) main components: a durable steel roof sheet a choice of four (4) insulated core options a smooth, easy to clean ceiling finish, bonded together from the factory DeltaTrim™ comes with foam filled peaks – this reduces corrosion and stops vermin from entering the cavity. DeltaTrim™ is available with DeltaBeam ™. Fully engineered and tested to Australian Standards, together with a 20 year warranty, DeltaTrim™ will stand the test of time for your roofing or patio project. Core options Insulated panels core options DeltaTrim™ provides a choice of four (4) insulated core options to suit the specific requirements of your project: Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR) Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC) DualCore (DC) Mineral Wool (MW) The different alternative cores offer a high R-Values for thermal efficiency (over R4.5), excellent sound dampening properties and different Fire Ratings. DeltaTrim™-EPS-FR, DeltaTrim™-DC and DeltaTrim™-MW are all CodeMark approved (please refer to the individual Certificate of Conformity for the details) DeltaTrim™-TPC has obtained Factory Mutual Certificate of Compliance covering FM4880, FM4881, FM4882 and FM4471 DeltaTrim™-TPC is certified with a Bushfire Attack Level of BAL-29 DeltaTrim™-MW is certified as non-combustible under AS 1530.1:2018 DeltaTrim™-MW has a Bushfire Attack Level of BAL-FZ Insulated panels width The DeltaTrim™ panel is one (1) metre wide which reduces both the number of sheets and time required to lay the roof. Insulated panels core thickness A range of core thicknesses are available with DeltaTrim™ – from 50mm up to 200mm. Insulated panels span cababilities Each increase in panel thickness offers greater spanning capabilities (over 8.5 metres) compared to traditional roofing products (this also provides greater insulating capabilities). Insulated panels roof pitch With a low roof pitch of 2 degrees, DeltaTrim™ allows you to create expansive outdoor areas without reducing your headroom. Insulated panels |C olours and paint finishes DeltaTrim™ is available in an extensive range of colours to match any existing structures, including zinc. Please refer to our colour range chart and the warranty documents which details the roof selection. A smooth, white ceiling creates consistency and matches existing structures. DeltaMax ™ DeltaTrim™ is also available for areas close to salt water.
