Our range of panels (in various styles and colours) have been engineered for enhanced performance in Australia's harsh environment. Delta Panels' manufacturing plant is located in Brisbane, Queensland with a distribution depot located in Sydney, New South Wales.

Delta Panels manufacture and supply products throughout Australia, including roof and wall insulation panels and systems, single skin patio solutions and DeltaCool™ for a variety of coldroom and walling requirements. Our products also include low profile recess lights and insulated skylights incorporating low voltage LED lighting strips.
Core options for insulated panels
Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant (EPS-FR)
EPS-FR has an added fire retardant additive that allows the core to shrink away from any flame source. EPS-FR core allows for strong, light weight panels that are very cost effective in a variety of commercial and residential building applications.
Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC)
The range of Delta Panels TPC core panels has been extensively independently tested. The panels have been certified as meeting the requirements of Group 1 classification in accordance with AS 5367.1.2015. Furthermore they have undergone AS 1530-1999 Early Fire Hazard Properties. The TPC core panels combine long spanning with excellent thermal performance.
DualCore (DC)
The unique positioning combination of Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR) and Mineral Wool (MW) to make the DualCore core allows the finished panel to retain the structural and aesthetic benefits of insulated panels, while still conforming to non-combustibility requirements outlined in Part 3 of the NCC 2022 - Volume Two.
Mineral Wool (MW)
Mineral wool is the only available core material that is non-combustible. Delta Panels MW panels meets all performance requirements in accordance with section C1.9 Non-combustible building elements of the National Construction Code 2022. Furthermore, they have undergone AS 1530-1999 Early Fire Hazard Properties. In addition, the Mineral Wool panels have undergone Flameguard FRL system testing.

DeltaCool™ consists of three main components – a roll-formed metal skin on two sides and factory bonded to a choice of of three (3) insulated core options – Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR), Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC) and Mineral Wool (MW).

DeltaSecretFix™ is manufactured with the top and bottom skins off set by 25mm, this allows for the placement of the interface locking bracket. The bracket serves the dual purpose of locking the top and bottom skins together while being the main fixing point for secretly fixing the panel. The result being a clean exterior surface that is securely fastened without any visible fixing points.

These recess lights are low profile and only intrude 12mm into the panel and are available in both 120mm and 170mm diameter sizes. They are supplied with 9 meters of cable combinations back to the low voltage driver.

Delta Panels have developed a skylight that also incorporates low voltage LED lighting. This clever unique design is patent protected and only available form Delta Panels. it means that the natural sunlight is allowed to light the under roof area during the day and is replaced by LED lighting in the evenings. There are a various colour and dimming options available to allow the light setting to be customised to suit the desired lighting effect.
