Core options Insulated panels core options Delta TrimCorro™ provides a choice of two (2) insulated core options to suit the specific requirements of your project: Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR) Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC) The EPS-FR cores offers lightweight option with good fire ratings and thermal ratings. The Polyisocyanurate core option offers high fire ratings coupled with superior R-values for greater thermal efficiency. Delta TrimCorro™-EPS-FR is CodeMark approved. Insulated panels width The DeltaTrimCorro™ panel is one (1) metre wide which reduces both the number of sheets and time required to lay the roof. Insulated panels core thickness A range of panel thicknesses are available with DeltaTrimCorro™ – from 75mm up to 200mm. Insulated panels span capabilities Each increase in panel thickness offers greater spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products (this also provides greater insulating capabilities). Insulated panels roof pitch A DeltaTrimCorro™ roof can be pitched at 2 degrees to create large covered areas with ease. This is due to the increased corrugation depth compared to traditional roofing. Insulated panels | C olours and paint finishes DeltaTrimCorro™ is available in an extensive range of roof colours to match any existing structures, including zinc. These colours can be mixed and matched between the top side and underside to create nearly 200 possible combinations. DeltaMax ™ DeltaTrimCorro™ is also available for areas close to salt water. This product offers increased corrosion resistance compared to standard roofing and will outperform all other insulated panel products on the market. As such, it is easy to fracture the mineral wool fibres if handled and installed incorrectly. Please ensure that correct lifting equipment is used when the panels are transported and lifted into position. Refer to the Handling & Installation Manual - Roofing Systems for the correct Crane & Sling Procedures. When installing Mineral Wool panels, only step onto the section of the panels that are supported by the underneath roof structure. Do NOT step on unsupported spans. Once installed, it is classified as trafficable when used for maintenance purposes. The following recommendations should be observed at all times: Wear flat, rubber soled shoes Walk over the roof supporting beams Spread your weight over as many roof crests as possible Crawl boards should be used when accessing areas not supported by a structure

Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC) offers better thermal efficiency than Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant (EPS-FR). The DeltaCool™ -TPC panels have been tested and certified at the Factory Mutual American facility. In addition the panels are rated Group 1 classification as per AS ISO 9705. Mineral wool (MW) is the only available core material that is non-combustible. DeltaCool™-MW meets all performance requirements in accordance with section C1.9 Non-combustible building elements of the National Construction Code 2019. DeltaCool™-EPS-FR and DeltaCool™-TPC are CodeMark approved. Please refer to the individual Certificate of Conformity for the details. DeltaCool™-TPC has obtained Factory Mutual Certificate of Compliance covering FM4880, FM4881 and FM4882.
