DeltaTrim™ provides an all-in-one solution of roofing, insulation and ceiling. With superior spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products, DeltaTrim™ is the cost effective and time efficient solution to your roofing projects.

DeltaTrim™ consists of three main components :

• a durable steel roof sheet

• a choice of five (5) insulated core options, Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR), Polyisocyanurate (PIR), Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC) , Mineral Wool (MW) & DualCore (DC), to suit the specific requirements of your project

• a smooth, easy to clean ceiling finish, bonded together from the factory

DeltaTrim™ comes with foam filled peaks  -  this reduces corrosion and stops vermin from entering the cavity.

The insulated core offers high R-Values for thermal efficiency (over R4.5) and excellent sound dampening properties.

A range of panel thicknesses are available  -  from 50mm up to 200mm. Each increase in thickness offers greater spanning (over 8.5 metres) and insulating capabilities.

The range of insulated cores offer excellent natural insulating properties, ensuring that your outdoor area remains cool in summer, yet warm in winter. Polystyrene also offers excellent sound dampening, limiting the noise of rain on a metal roof.

With a low roof pitch of 2 degrees, DeltaTrim™ allows you to create expansive outdoor areas without reducing your headroom.

DeltaTrim™ is available in 17 roof colours to match any existing structures. A smooth, white ceiling blends the indoor and outdoor spaces together.

DeltaMax™ DeltaTrim™ is also available for areas close to salt water. This product offers increased corrosion resistance compared to standard roofing and will outperform all other insulated panel products on the market.

Fully engineered and tested to Australian Standards, DeltaTrim™ is available with DeltaBeam™ to create the ideal patio space. Both products are available in a complete kit with all accessories, ready for a DIY project, using easy to follow instructions.
