DeltaOrb™ has a classical corrugated appearance and provides an all-in-one solution of roofing, insulation and ceiling. With superior spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products, DeltaOrb™ is the cost effective and time efficient solution to your roofing and / or patio project.

 

DeltaOrb™ consists of three main components :

 

  • a durable steel roof sheet

  • a choice of five (5) insulated core options, Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR), Polyisocyanurate (PIR), Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC), Mineral Wool (MW) & DualCore (DC), to suit the specific requirements of your project

  • a smooth, easy to clean ceiling finish, bonded together from the factory

 

DeltaOrb™ comes with foam profiled to match the corrugations – this reduces corrosion and stops vermin from entering the cavity.

 

The different alternative cores offer a high R-Values for thermal efficiency, excellent sound dampening properties and different Fire Ratings. A range of panel thicknesses are available from 50mm up to 200mm with superior spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products, DeltaOrb™ helps you create the perfect outdoor lifestyle.

 

DeltaOrb™-EPS-FR, DeltaOrb™-DC, DeltaOrb™-MW and DeltaOrb™-PIR are all CodeMark approved. Please refer to the individual Certificate of Conformity certificates for the details.

 

DeltaOrb™-PIR has obtained Factory Mutual Certificate of Compliance covering FM4880, FM4881 and FM4471.

For Class 10 Buildings a DeltaOrb™ roof can be pitched at 3 degrees to create large covered areas with ease. This is due to the increased corrugation depth compared to traditional roofing. The DeltaOrb™ panel is 1 metre wide which reduces both the number of sheets and time required to lay the roof.

 

DeltaOrb™ is available in an extensive range of roof colours to match any existing structures, including zinc. Please refer to our colour range chart and the warranty documents which details the roof selection. A smooth, white ceiling creates consistency and matches existing structures.

 

DeltaMax™ Deltaorb™ is also available for areas close to salt water. This product offers increased corrosion resistance compared to standard roofing and will outperform all other insulated panel products on the market.

 

DeltaOrb™ is available with DeltaBeam™.
